====== Troubleshooting ====== If you experience problems accessing the Internet or computers on your local network, follow the troubleshooting procedure below to locate the problem. - Run the [[diagnostic test]]. The first thing you should do if you run into a problem is to run the diagnostic test to locate the problem. Click [[Diagnostic test|here]] for instructions. - Connect to the Internet Gate. Try to connect to the Internet Gate. Enter the Internet Gate IP address in your browser (default IP address: 192.168.0.1).
